Licensees are required to complete 45 hours of continuing education (to include 24 hours of required courses and 21 hours of electives) during each 3-year cycle to renew their licenses.
Responsible brokers are required to complete 53 hours of continuing education when they renew to include: 32 hours of required courses, 8 hours of which must be the Wyoming Brokerage Management course and 21 hours of electives.
Members of the National Association of REALTORS® are also required to complete 2 1/2 hours of instruction on the REALTORS®' Code of Ethics quadrennially. The current cycle is 2013-2016. This requirement can be met by taking the Wyoming Association of REALTORS® Ethics courses, the National Association of REALTORS®' on-line Ethics course, or the on-line Ethics course through the Real Estate Shop.
